Return Policy

We hope you love your order from Alva Atelier, but if you're not completely satisfied, you have the option to return your items within 14 days of receiving them.

1. Return Window
You can return any eligible item within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition and packaging

• With all original tags still attached

Items not eligible for return:

• Sale items (unless they are damaged or defective)

• Gift cards

• Customized or made-to-order items

3. How to start a return
To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
