General terms and conditions – Alva Atelier
Welcome to www.alva-atelier.net . By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website www.alva-atelier.net , managed by Alva Atelier, for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium .
We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that all items on our website are in stock. In the rare event that an item is no longer available after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Prices & VAT
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT .
For orders within the European Union, including Belgium, we use the One Stop Shop (OSS) system . This means that the applicable VAT rate is automatically applied based on the country of delivery.
Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout.
Alva Atelier reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirmation indicates we've received your order, but doesn't constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
5. Payment
Payments can be made securely using the available payment methods at checkout, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and other offered payment methods .
Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
6. Shipping & Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch orders within 7–10 working days .
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination (Netherlands or Belgium).
Alva Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers.
7. Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt , provided the items are unwashed, unworn and in their original condition.
Because our items are shipped without labels or tags, the absence of these is not a valid reason to refuse a return.

Please state your order number and which items you wish to return.
Shipping costs for returns from the Netherlands and Belgium are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Products purchased through the sale page cannot be returned.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Alva Atelier and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Alva Atelier is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
Disputes will, to the extent legally permitted, be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
