Return Policy

Returns at Alva Atelier

We hope you're happy with your Alva Atelier order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt by contacting our customer service team by email.

These return conditions apply to orders within the Netherlands and Belgium .

1. Return period

You can return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date .
Unfortunately, after this period we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

Because our items are shipped without labels or tags, the absence of these is not a valid reason to refuse a return.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased through the sale page

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. How do you start a return?

To request a return, please send an email to our customer service at
info@alva-atelier.net

Please state clearly in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Which items you want to return

  • The reason for return

Our customer service will then assist you further and process the return for you.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs from the Netherlands and Belgium are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited back to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Want a different size or a different product? You can return the item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via
info@alva-atelier.net
and add clear photos. We'll resolve this for you free of charge and as quickly as possible.
