At Alva Atelier, we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process.
This shipping policy applies to orders within the Netherlands and Belgium .
1. Processing time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your payment.
Due to the rush of new collections and holiday periods, processing and shipping may sometimes take a little longer. We apologize for the long wait and any delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace code.
2. Shipping costs & Delivery times
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:

These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to carrier workloads, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping partners
We ship our orders via reliable carriers such as PostNL or DHL , depending on the destination.
4. Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace number by email. This allows you to follow your package's progress.
5. Delayed or lost packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via

While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we always do our best to find a solution together with the carrier.
6. Incorrect address
Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Alva Atelier is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
